2.2. Shelter Tour and Interaction with Animals
Visitors to our shelter may interact with the animals, subject to staff guidelines and safety protocols. We encourage guests to engage with the animals, but we ask that all guests respect the animals and follow the instructions given by our staff to ensure safety and well-being.
2.3. Accommodation Rules
Guests must adhere to the following rules during their stay:
No smoking or vaping inside or on ground accessible by the animals.
No loud noises that could disturb the animals.
Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and staff.
Follow the instructions regarding pet interaction or adoption processes.
3.1. Adoption Process
Our shelter is dedicated to helping stray animals find loving homes. If you are interested in adopting an animal, you must complete our adoption application process. This includes:
An application form with your personal details, experience with pets, and living arrangements.
A meet-and-greet session with the animal.
An adoption fee to cover the cost of care, vaccinations, and spaying/neutering.
By adopting an animal, you agree to provide a safe, loving, and responsible home for the pet.
3.2. Responsibility of Pet Owners
As an adopter, you are fully responsible for the well-being of your adopted pet. This includes but is not limited to:
Providing food, water, and medical care.
Ensuring the pet is properly housed and exercised.
Maintaining regular veterinary visits as necessary.
4.1. Rehoming Agreement
We understand that, in some circumstances, it may become necessary to rehome an adopted animal. If you find yourself in a situation where you can no longer care for your adopted pet, we ask that you consult with The Black Dog organization, an animal welfare group dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcomes for pets in need of rehoming.
Consultation Requirement: Before rehoming an adopted animal, the adopter must contact Black Dog Organization to discuss the situation and explore the best rehoming options.
Rehoming Process: Rehoming must be done in a way that ensures the animal's safety, health, and well-being. We will assist in facilitating this process in collaboration with Black Dog Organization.
This process helps to ensure that every adopted pet has a continuous path to a loving and suitable home, even if it cannot stay with the original adopter.
5.1. Donations
While we do not rely on donations for our operational costs, we welcome and greatly appreciate voluntary contributions to support the animals in our care. Donations can be made via our website or at the shelter in person. All donations are non-refundable.

Our business model is built on income generated through lodging services for tourists and other shelter-related activities. We do not rely on external grants or funding, which allows us to remain independent and sustainable in our mission to care for animals.
